The roads are wide enough to make pulling a 40' camper a breeze, even while passing another RV. It is a very pleasant atmosphere for friends and family. There are waiters the roam and take drink and food orders.
When I called someone was there within 20 minute to correct it. I had a problem with the safe in the a room one time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I haven't had a bad experience there except I don't always come home a winner.
Some of the busier restrooms have full time staff to keep them clean. It is always clean, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Winstar is a great getaway that is convenient from Hwy 35E.
